Production and Delivery Timelines

Production will be completed within 3 business days following final approval of the design. Once your card is confirmed for production, our team ensures timely processing and quality assurance before dispatch.

Shipping Options

For expedited shipping, the estimated delivery time is 7 business days. Additional charges apply for this service.
For standard shipping, the estimated delivery time is 14 business days. These timelines begin after the production period.

International Orders

For all international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please be aware that delivery estimates do not include time spent in customs clearance, which may vary by country and region.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight. All orders will be assigned a tracking number upon dispatch to ensure visibility throughout the shipping process.

Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 30 days from the shipment date for assistance. In cases of confirmed loss or damage, reshipping fees may apply depending on the specific circumstances.
